  Reduce the two lane system around the town to make one lane bike and bus only thereby restricting car speeds and making public transport more attractive as it would become the fastest way around town. Reduce fares from surrounding areas to encourage car drivers/passengers to use the buses............Blast, the nurse has spotted me out of bed again! Back to the comfy room
