"Good Afternoon
Crabble Corn Mill (in River) have some great events in October and November and I thought you'd like to know about them:
The first one is the 3rd. Crabble Corn Mill Cider Festival (there will be real ales too of course) on the 7th. 8th. and 9th. of October - Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
As with the Beer Festival in May, there will be good food (curry) to soak up the drink and so you don't have to drive, there's a special bus service from Dover Priory station - at a small charge.
The next one is a talk and slide show on the "Old Pubs of Dover" by Paul Skelton on the 21st. of October; again, there's food provided and real ales for just £2.50 a pint.
Paul knows all there is to know about the old pubs of Dover.
The third event is a talk and slide show by the archaeologist Keith Parfitt on the Excavation of the East Wear Bay Roman Villa in Folkestone. This is on the 18th. of November.
I have attached posters for each of these events to this email - they have further details on times, prices etc. and all have been checked for viruses so are safe to download.
Don't forget to put them in your diary.
Enjoy the rest of the Bank Holiday week-end.
Kind Regards
Roger"
As I can't put the posters on here, you can find out all about the events by looking on the Crabble Corn Mill website:
