Running for Cancer.
I had an email from Richard Ansell recently about his fund-raising for Cancer - can you help him?
Here's his email:
"Dear Friends,
I know lots of you will already want to delete this but please give me a couple of minutes to read it, then delete if you must. Most of you will know, or have known, somebody who has suffered from cancer and this is also a chance to honour and remember them.
If you want to cut to the chase, go here now:

"We cannot direct the wind but we can adjust the sails".
Every two minutes, somebody in the UK is diagnosed with cancer. More than one in three of us will develop cancer at some stage of our lives. On the plus side, cancer survival rates have doubled in the last 40 years. This is in no small part thanks to the work of charities like Cancer Research UK.
On 8th July 2012, I am running in the British London 10k. I am doing this for two different charities - Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Care.
I would be thrilled, delighted and extremely grateful if you could find it in your hearts to sponsor me for one or both of these charities. All donations will be gratefully received, however large or small.
Everything, including all the links, is in a nutshell here:
http://www.richardansell.com/Richard_Ansell/Charity_Fundraising.html
To help me raise funds for Cancer Research UK, go here:

To help me raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support, go here:

Finally, I'm doing this to honour those I know or have known who have battled cancer. I've therefore begun a Tumblr tribute page where anyone who sponsors me can go and submit their own tributes to those they know. That's here:
http://cancertribute.tumblr.com/
Many, many thanks for your time. Please forward my email to those who may be interested.
Rich."
Can you help Richard raise some much-needed funds ?
