Phillips and Drew in the High Street, Dover, have opened up a shop in London Road. This will be their main shop, with the High Street store closing in May.
There are still many sale bargains available, so pop along and see what you can pick up for a song.
I have attached a poster showing what they do, to this email, it has been checked for viruses so is safe to download.

The Prince Albert pub, almost opposite the Town Hall, now offers a range of good quality locally sourced food - from snacks and starters, to main-courses and desserts.
They also have a good range of real ales, for example:
Check out their website for events, their menu and the range of drinks they have:

The LRCF have now completed the clearance work at the Old Scrapyard in Cherry Tree Avenue. They have received numerous compliments on the improved look of the place and are generally delighted with the improvement for the community who live thereabouts.
There is a seven minute video of the work on the LRCF website (
www.londonroad.info ) from start to finish, put together by Phil West, an excellent chronicle of the work, and a letter of thanks from Jeanette to all those involved which I am trying to help it be seen by as many as possible.
You are invited to visit the site and sign the guestbook. A great example of what a local community group can achieve.

Anti-Social Behaviour Strategy Survey - Message from Chief Superintendent Neil Jerome
In the last few months Kent Police have been working with partnership colleagues to assess a new approach in the management of anti-social behaviour (ASB) across Kent and Medway. This approach will focus on the level of risk or harm that is being caused to an individual or group. This harm-based approach supports the recommendations from a national review of ASB by Her Majesty Inspectorate of Constabulary.
We are now in a position to begin formal consultation with you and with our communities. We have attached our full version of a refreshed anti-social behaviour strategy as well as a summary of the strategy and a short online survey. We would appreciate it if you can spend a few moments completing the survey. Your views and comments are important to us as they will help to shape how we will address local anti-social behaviour issues in Kent and Medway.
