  This is written in the estate agents bumpf...
  "We believe that a variety of uses could be acceptable on the site to include drive through restaurant, petrol filling station and convenience store uses as well as other roadside uses."

  I'm always amazed that this property (as shown above) has never been snapped up. It should be in theory prime real estate, seeing as it is on the super busy main road. Surely it could present a scintillating business opportunity for someone. It has been empty since I moved here all those years ago...decay and dilapidation has set in. No sign of life other than its occasional occupation by a few homeless guys.
  
  The problem might be in planning restriction although perhaps its not.. as mentioned in Karlos's post there,, but considering it is right next door to this..who knows..

  In years gone by when any application went to DDC is was always rejected on access grounds.
