    Paul, the idea of a share of port toll revenues going to DDC and DTC in my representation was to finance regeneration in Dover and district, so the plan is to solve all the questions that came up in the DHB privatisation proposals through one master plan.

    Howard, if KCC fot £15 per truck as equivalent to 30% of £50, this could contribute to road maintenance in the KCC budget, or contribute towards their overall budget in general..
