    I contacted the council again about the car above ,& they have told me that they have had several looks at the car & apart from some minor damage it is about the same as last time,But they have been in contact with the D.V.L.A but they will not do anything about it until early January I wonder what takes so long,most cars get taken away after a few days.
    The trouble is that it is taking up a parking space & at this time of night parking is a problem,
