Im trying to persuade the Parish Council to reopen these facilities .I did not spend hours and hours campaiging to save the River Rec in 1987 .to have loads of restrictions imposed .No cycling ,gates closed early evening ,seats which i raised money for taking out and placed in an abscure location .Now toilets closed only to be used by people who use the sports facilities .The likes of old grandmas like me cannot enjoy the facilty which i helped to save .
You need a long memory in politics .
Anti Social behaviour you cannot let the few win .You donot need a big stick a quiet word with parents should do the trick
No Sue, speak quietly but weild a big stick.
I'm with Sue - why should we tolerate the reduction in our facilities because a few eejits can't behave?! I rather favour the big stick approach though, when all else fails!

It's definitely not fair when behaviour of the 'few' can affect the provision of the necessary facilities for the many ...
