The street light thing was quite simple.
But the greenery? I first tried to report it under the "Trees/Obstruction" menu option. The automated form thing wouldn't let me proceed as it thought it may have been an emergency, and kept telling me to ring an 03000 number.
It's not an emergency. Merely a bit of a pain. So I resubmitted under "Overgrown weeds".
