  I hope his face and name are publicised wherever possible, humiliation could be an even better punishment than any fine.

  His face appeared on the front page of a local newspaper Jan, hopefully his business is suffering as a result.

  I did see a picture of a man chucking his rubbish into the Dour on one of the Facebook pages but have no idea who he is or what his business is, that why once convicted I would like to see as much publicity as possible.
