  I generally have to brace myself everytime I shop in Waitrose.
  
  When will people realise that supermarkets are a rip off and now so vast that the 'convenience' argument is destroyed by a 400yd walk across the sprawling car park and a hike to the far corner of a massive shed, through a sea of people smacking their children, to get a pint of milk.
