  Easy to see why London is being socially cleansed with rents so high, even the benefits cap wouldn't cover the rent on a small flat. Someone working would need to earn about £800 a week to survive after paying tax. Our capital is turning into a billionaires paradise with the others living in garden sheds and garages.
