    With heavy heart how sad it was to hear that we have lost one of the great men of Dover Roy Cozens who was a member of the lifeboat team which he had served the Dover straits for many years. Roy who has been awarded for his time and bravery during the great storm of 1987 which Roy received a medal for REST IN PEACE
