    Keith Sansum texted me last week but I only returned to the UK late last night.
    I first met Reg in his office at DDC when he was leader of the Council, I had never met anyone who had such an imposing presence and made such an impression on me, I was literally in awe of him. He is possibly the finest man I was to meet in local politics and I will be forever grateful that I both met and knew him. RIP Reg, l will never meet your like again and Wendy I can only offer my deepest sympathies.
