    I liked Keith Floyd, always ready with a glass of red wine in one hand and a skillet in the other, he was the first of the 'new wave' of flamboyant TV chefs. He not only burnt the candle at both ends, he lit it in the middle as well, I felt sorry for his director who I believe once took over the cooking when Keith went AWOL again.

    R.I.P. Keith, thanks for the recipes especially 'Boudin Noir aux Pommes'.
