  They call it revenue and yield management. Lot of expensive software behind all that. They've got to get their investment back somehow.

  have been told this morning that the 2 sprits capasaty has been redused fron 2500 passengers to 300 with seating taken out complying to government guidelines

  A spokesman for P&O Ferries said: “Due to the Covid19 pandemic, we have reduced capacity on board our ships and are not currently selling day-trips. "
  
  I think the report is of the usual quality journalism we have come to expect!
  
  The solution is: order £300 worth of wine and beer at Pidou and they will pay for your day trip
