Neil was a great guy, and a good laugh, and a great help in my early days as a football referee.
Always ready to help new referees
he will be sadly missed
my sympathy goes to the family

Yes Neil was a good bloke,an old fashioned ref in many ways but you always knew where you stood with him,I also saw him very often at the Station and always pulled his leg about blind ref's but he took it good humour.
RIP Neil
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

just heard that the church was packed for the service and the family have extended an invitation for people to join them at the royal oak pub, lower road river after the barham service.
donations to kent air ambulance and scope would be welcomed.
