  Lance Percival passed away after a long illness today aged 81yrs. he has done so many films like the carry on films & cartoons voices such as the Beatles ,he did the voice of Ringo Starr & Paul Mc Cartney. He also in "That was the week that was". The song I remember him doing most was "Shame & scandal in the family" from 1965.

  Just heard that the actress Anne Kirkbride has passed away after a short illness aged sixty in a Manchester Hospital She was better known as Deirdre Barlow in Corrie she was in the programe for forty two years.

  Yes she was one of the best in the show and will be missed not only by the corrie crew but the public that watch it will miss her to.
