    I don't see why not. It means they can give out longer sentences (ok maybe not for 11 year olds). Just don't tag them. Keep track of them by school records or if not they'll always show up eventually and then can have a further charge of breaching their conditions.
    Did anyone see the lady and lad being interviewed in Manchester last night? I gotta to say I'm not lost for words very often but my goodness that worked!
