    You are correct of course on the information side of things.

    And the police themselves said they could have done a lot better leading up to the shooting, after the shooting, and since.

    if the police have made an error(i hope they havnt)then they hold there hands up, to cover it up will just make things worse.

    The police have a hard job,

    we need now all agencies to pull together to find solutions
