    An old expression springs to mind Keith; you can lead a horse to water....How many times do we have to 'look in to it'. We know what's wrong, police, social services etc. All bound by targets and paperwork. As soon as either put a foot wrong, we as a society and media are the first to hang them out to dry. Never mention all the good stuff they do. Maybe more restricted regulations on our press should be a start...then again, people would moan about the lack of freedom of speech. You cannot win. Rant over for now.
