    problem we have is over crowded prisons so every govt is releasing prisoners early.

    open prisons look like from reports on tv(if correct)far to open, if public can pass thgings to prisoners.

    very worrying also if correct the number of staff on duty that night compared to prisoners.

    so any cost savings all lost with the fire
