  They covered this on Breakfast this morning, apparently it is possible to lob items over the wall and there might not be suffiant surveilance to stop this happening. Because they only have a skeleton staff at night problems are usually dealt with when the day shift are on, but this is at the discretion of whoever is in charge at night-time.
  
  The really sad thing about this is that the regime at open prisons could well change, that will possibly spoil things for the innocent prisoners who were not involved. Those in open prisons are supposed to be low risk prisoners, it is the usual thing of a few idiots ruining the status quo for everyone else.
