  I would find it difficult to judge anyone about this - having babies is at bottom a primitive urge and a selfish act, and the babies that end up with loving and secure homes of any shape are fortunate. I would not presume to judge or question anyones procreation if they have love and stability to offer. This family seems like a lovely shape! I do have questions about, for example, the foolish social-worker-wooly-pully-sandal-and-muesli drive to keep families together despite repeated violence and drug abuse. I get more angry and upset about that part of the family spectrum.
