  Good grief the Black Death. Reminds me of that movie with Vincent Price...swirling mists of death outside the castle walls. I'm pulling up the ladder..
  
  There are so many new strains of these diseases now too..even the flu is mutating into something else.

  if its in the usa they can keep it,then that would be ok.but if its wind bourne start panaking in about 2 weeks.

  Many know about the Black Death; but in Britain, and Europe, there was also the Yellow Plague, which wiped out masses of people, sometime in the 5th century, I think it was.
  
  It was apparently particularly bad among the Celtic population of southern Britain at the time of the Anglo-Saxon landings.

  There's a couple of thousand cases worldwide every year, this one just got in the press because of the circumstances.
  
  Worth knowing about the symptoms if you intend holidaying in any of the at risk places like e.g. . . . . California. Anyone off to Disneyworld soon?
