I would really like people to stop seeing this as anti-Keith. It so isn't. I echo what Sid says in the above post, and his previous post: we have made informed decisions, and we disagree. that is cool. That is what grown ups do. We have said repeatedly how much we appreciate what PCSOs do but still believe PCs to be more appropriate. Just because something is as it is now doesn't mean it is right, or will remain so, and our Lords and Masters (with apologies to BarryW-S) who make the rules often change their minds, bend the truth, or simply get it wrong. This is one of those times.
