    Jacqui, we all appreciate what PCSO's do, but where our opinions differ is with regard whether they or offical constables should be doing that job.

    We all recognise the modern police force prefers to sit in a car or on a bike, and that has created the need for PCSO's. but it doesn't make it right.

    None of the posters here have any issue with what Keith does or how he does it. As far as we are concerned he does a grand job and none of our comments are aimed at him personally in anyway whatsoever.

    But I do repeat, the cuts, when they come, will be admin and PCSO staff firstly, and let us just hope that might mean some of the bobbies will then get off their @rses and walk about a bit for a change.
