    so lets get an ALL ACTION agency to get going on this one.

    Whilst the police(pcso) should be involved, they alone won't solve it
    nor should they.


    On the question of PCSO powers you realy do need to understand the role of the PCSO before wanting them to have more powers maybe one day SUE I can discuss this with you.
