    Paul point of clarification .DDC are the collecting authority .We as Council Tax payers only pay to the collecting authority .Some goes to Parish Councils ,some to KCC etc .
    You have all strayed from my original posting that we in River pay .If we had decided not to continue with our PCSO we would have all been slightly better off our precept would have been lower ..
