    Sid and Keith you donot get it .River pays twice We pay a precept and a DDC counciltax we pay for the police twice once through the Bill from KCC and then we pay fpor our local PCSO .The PCSO in other villages are not paid for by the Parish Precept The police budgets pays for them .So we pay twice .Double rating ??Looik at your Temple Ewe;l precept Sid ansd Keith ypou look at DTc You will not see a sum for PCSO Yours are paid through your KCC police Bill.

    Sid its a bit like I paid tax for KCC education and then I paid for my son to go to Dover College so I paid twice .
