Probably not, Paul, as these would be added buildings that are not part of the Scheduled ANCIENT Monument.
The area has to remain ancient, otherwise we should cancel its status altogether.
The reason for my insistence in all this, is that if we do not keep in due regard a given status, such as SAM and AoONB, we would be operating outside of established requirements.
This was practically what hundreds of people were saying when in 2 hours they signed a petition.
If I broke with this principle, it would repeat itself over and again, and all laws and constitution could be side-lined and avoided and changed at will.
Let's suppose one day I were elected a councillor, and started changing the status of "Ville et Portus Dover" into "suburb of London". With whose authority?
