  So Alexender please do come up with a viable alternative as well as the where the funding will come from (and don't say "your" plan for a port toll !!!)
  
  What will you do to stop the Heights just becoming a big rubbish tip?
  
  Would you rather volunteers just gave up and just allowed the place to be vandalised and basically a no-go area after dark with the anti-social behaviour that is ife up there?
  
  Personally I want the Heights to be saved from further deterioration and be an attraction as big as Dover Castle, this won't happen without a major cash injections from somewhere and probably some out of the box thinking. Do you want me to give up on this aim as I may as well stop trying today as I am not 'tinkering round the edges; for the rest of my lfe?
