  I think I will make a few comments as poor peter w seems to be going round in circles;

  In the past to be fair to peter w he has outlined(without secrets) everything that is being proposed in both areas
  
  Whilst you oppose everything(which is your right) I have asked many times, what is your alrenative? without doubt it cannot stay as it is, and needs not just a tinkering at the edges, but large scale cash injection.
  
  I may not fully agree(or prefer to make represntations purely on my concerns,( but recognising we cannot stand still on the western heights site)
  
  I do need to make a quick comment on your Folkestone road commentl(living close by and having to use the folkestone road at least twice a day)
  To refer to non english is probably comes from your ukip favour.
  At the end of the day such anti social behaviour is done by all races and is an education challenge to all.
  
  But there is a wider, bigger picture to be able to achieve this such as teachers, police, etc respected by all
  big change in everyones outlook on how we want to live
