    It is all rather simple....

About 50% of the Heights is already managed by the Home Officer so it secure and well maintained

IF the hotel and Farthingloe agreed than it would mean that the £5m heritage pot would be available (if they arent then it won't be). This money matched funded against grants that are available would mean that heritage regeneration would take place. If you are turning the Drop Redoubt and surrounding areas into a museum with exhibits you would expect that there would be permanent security, cameras, etc. Same as already exists at Dover Castle and how low level of these problems do they experience?

Added to the hotel with a 24/7 movement of people it would all add towards discouraging the issues currently experienced. I would not expect to be eradicated as that is impossible but it would definately be less appealing to people

Do we try and make the better place or would you rather we just let "Johnnie Foreigner" get on with ruining your town apart ??

Would you rather me and other volunteers gave up and went home?

Do you really enjoy tearing apart any suggestions I make just because I am willing to listen to the opportunities that are currently on the table?
