Protect Kent sent me a full account of the meeting.
The CGI bid is an outline application, therefore subject to variation if it were approved.
The areas of WH and Farthingloe remain outside of the core strategy, as they were last time, and practically, if the CGI outline planning application were to get the go-ahead by local Gov., the whole process of core strategies would be just about useless, as a district council could just slip in any old extra added planning scheme as they feel fit, regardless what the core strategy said.
In fact, DDC have no mandate to approve the CGI planning application, as it was not object of public consultation during the core strategy consultation process.
