'General lack of confidence' Reg - only perhaps from your point of view.
Polls seem to demonstrate more confidence in the Cameron/Osborne team than in the Milliminor/Balls team.
As for a reshuffle Cameron is known for not wanting too regular reshuffles as her believes that Ministers need time to develop their brief. That said I personally would like to see some re-shuffling, Lansley perhaps in particular as he lacks a 'political' touch and Clarke of course as he is far too left wing in his sucking up to the LibDems. Those I would really like re-shuffled out of the Cabinet are indeed the Libdems but that wont happen though there may be some changes.
Osborne is doing a good job, not tough enough on spending but he is proving himself to be on top of his brief. Eric Pickles, my old sparring partner, is also doing a good job. I have some reservations about some of what Gove is up to but overall he is on the right track. Liam Fox is sticking up well for the Armed Forces much as I disapprove of defence cuts. The others you list I am not bothered with.
