  i have serious doubts that the politicos and their civil servant advisers really understand the dppt presentation.
  
  it is hardly a regular thing in this country, should the choice be to privatise or leave things as they are then it would be easily understood.
  
  the last minister put it in the bottom of her in tray i suspect the new incumbent will do likewise, the loser being the town and surrounds of dover due to investors giving us a wide berth until the issue is settled.
