Well I never!!..a few seafront benches have re-appeared...hopefully its not an apparition but no, Ive pinched myself, they are definitely here, but so far not as many as before. Perhaps coming back in dribs and drabs. People are even sitting on them!!
..makes a change from lying flat out on the pavement.
