    No it's not possible. I understand that LOCOG decide the route for the torch. It would have been great though to have given the road a smarten up, but it would only have lasted a day or two, no longer, then back to mess it is almost every day.

    I have heard back following my latest emails, that there are a whole range of initiatives to sort out the problems once and for all, but I'm sure that as one is resolved, another one comes along just to stop you getting happy.
