Here are some pictures from the latest progress...things are moving forward a pace.
Here we see an engineer yesterday morning with his wheely measuring gadget following the tarmac filled cracks. This is after all the top layer was stripped away. The sun is directly behind him hence the unusual early morning lighting highlighting the cracks.
Then more heavy equipment moved in. So far Martin nothing has fallen through...you will be pleased to hear. Some of the equipment is indeed big and heavy.
Then the re-surfacing began. They have made good progress since this shot. Working very fast.
