  Hahahahaha.......... yeah right! Actually, part of that statement is probably somewhat correct. More goods from the shops will be nicked ( or should I say "obtained" ) which will have to be replaced therefore increasing productivity. Our boys in blue in the Met. will no doubt require to be on more overtime than usual which, in turn, will give our goverment additional tax receipts!
  
  I`m sure that the leader of Harrow council will feel a lot happier about the situation now if she manages to see that research document. She obviously has nothing to worry about does she?
  
  So there you have it, another win win situation from our masters in Brussels. What would we do without them?
