    "The president of the European Roma Travellers Forum, Rudko Kawczynski, has sparked fury after warning that efforts to restrict welfare claims by Romanians and Bulgarians migrants will only lead to more law-breaking in the UK. Harrow Council leader Susan Hall said: "Councils are already hard-pressed to provide housing and enough school places with the numbers flooding into the capital. I've no problem with people who come to work and contribute but it is hugely unfair that law-abiding taxpayers should subsidise a carousel of career beggars from Eastern Europe."

    This sounds like he is saying that unless we give them generous handouts, they'll commit crimes to get that money. Hardly a good advert for opening our doors next year.
