  With all the various cutbacks,money saving exercise by the DVLA now with no tax discs things are only going to get worse.All very well them on about the police with the ANPR cameras fitted (automatic number plate recognision),but what police.I,m regularly on the roads all day every day and locally just how often do you see a proper motorway style patrol car in the dover area?Its hardly ever.If youre not venturing too far out of town i doubt if you would ever get stopped and checked,there just isnt anyone around to enforce it.If regret to say that if youre running dodgy,theres never been a better time to do it.
