A chap came to my door about this last night with my renewal form all prepared on a clipboard. I simply signed it and away he went. I dont remember them doing that before. I always get the form in the usual way fill it in...its an easy form to do, and away it goes with the postman. Nowadays though there are new ways to register.
But this time I had the personal service treatment. This may be however, coming back down to earth with a bump, that Ive just not filled it in the usual way this time, as I have a backlog of post to deal with, and they are keen to get the required quota in from the absentminded/ lazy populace.
