  Was not at planning meeting and not really sure what disability access issues might be.
  
  AFAIK all is on ground floor so any problems which might need ironing out should be minor.
  
  Whilst the present frontal access under the 'dome' does indeed have steps I believe future access is envisaged from the Timeball Tower side so there should be no problem.
