Which we have all known for the past six years. Which is why, as I've pointed out time and time again, IF the owners were to look to a change in conditions e.g. to build an enormous block of flats as everyone in Deal 'knows' they are going to, DDC would look to an uplift in the original sale price.
(Since DDC recently announced that they might be borrowing up to £200 million to 'invest' in commercial premises perhaps this could be one of their first purchases? I can't see how the figures could not possibly stack up commercially.
