    No I can not do that ,members of the public of River can but not me.but I do not think there is a need for that ,once again I am not the council only one member of it.But I would hope if it is aske for, that the wording would be alot more fair that the one done in the town.Also that a open meeting would be held in the parish like there was in the town and members of the parish could have their say.
