    On the contrary, a non vote means that you are one of what one believes to be the great majority of Dovorians who do not want to see the port privatised (or communitised if you prefer) and wishes it to remain as a Trust Port to the great benefit of the Town and the Port. This referendum is purely for Peoples Port supporters who wish to vote for their own project. Consequently it will attract a near enough 100% Yes vote from those who attend. Unfortunately as a result it is totally meaningless and a waste of money which could have been devoted to keeping a bog or two open.

    Thats my lot, off to join my ship now so I could not have voted even if there had been something to vote for!
