  Howard - So what exactly has that to do with the Port?
  
  As has been said many times debt bonds that will fund the Port no not convey equity ownership. These bonds will be traded in the bond markets and such investment grade bonds will very likely be snapped up by a range of institutions that include insurance companies and investment groups. Companies like Aviva, L&G, Standard Life, Invesco Perpetual, Henderson, Old Mutual and many pension fund trustees will be interested.
  
  This is the problem we have here.
  These issues get explained by those that know about these things but certain people ignore the facts and continue to peddle their own incorrect understanding despite being shown to be incorrect.
  
  This is not on matters of opinion of course, just on matters of fact.
  
  When someone acts that way you just cannot take them seriously and they deserve to be shot down, you can only be patient for so long with such people.
