  at the moment the stuff that i have seen is an assumption of people taking up shares or so called bobnds or whatever the name is
  
  and no costs as if this doesn't happen how the shortfall will be found.
  
  
  it's all good to assume every member of the public will contribute
  but in reality the take up will be likely to be very small
  and it's this cash flow coming into millions of pounds that im afraid i cannot afford nor do i wish to pay for
